Required Candidate Profile – Essential Skills and Expertise:

• Experienced in conducting grading of diamonds in a laboratory.
• Knowledge in grading studded jewellery is an added advantage.
• Operational knowledge of computers, microscopes, and other instruments used for grading.
• Sound understanding of diamond symmetry and clarity characteristics.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Observe, assess, and document the 4Cs of a diamond.

• Estimate diamond quality and market value.
• Stay updated with the latest gemological trends and information.

We are looking for an Assistant Accounts Manager to supervise, track, and direct the accounting activities for the department.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recording and managing day-to-day financial transactions.
• Maintaining debtors profile, invoices, and payment tracking.
• Monthly GST Payments / Returns – GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B.
• TDS Monitoring – 24Q / 26Q / 27Q, Quarterly Returns & 26AS Reconciliation.
• Bank reconciliations and transaction tracking.
• Preparing financial statements, MIS, and reports.
• Liaising with bankers, auditors, internal teams, and government departments.
• Support for budget preparation and financial analysis.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounts or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and Tally.
• Strong grasp of taxation, audits, TDS, and transfer pricing.
